Is my information protected?
Yes! We do NOT share your personal information with ANY third party vendor(s). Our website (www.skyrubbertracks.com) is protected by SSL, so all your information processed over the internet is encrypted
How soon will you ship my purchased product?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (Holidays Excluded) if ordered before 2:00 PM CST, will be shipped the next day.
Where is my items being shipped from?
All items ship from our Headquarters located in Madisonville, Kentucky, unless otherwise stated. (i.e. partner warehouse).
Is my shipping really free?
No. We have estimated our shipping cost already into the price of the product advertised in our store, so no other shipping cost will apply unless we are shipping outside of the lower 48 states, or you are in an area that requires the use of boat, ferry, or aircraft to reach its final destination.
Can I return my item(s) if I no longer need them?
Yes you may, up to 30 days after purchase. However, if you are returning the item(s) because you no longer need it, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost. Returned item(s) must be unused, and in NEW condition. If the item(s) has been used, we may have to auction the item(s), which means you will be charged a restocking fee based off the condition of the item(s).
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, you may. However, if you made the mistake selecting the wrong part, you will be asked to cover the cost of the original shipping expense and return shipping expense of the wrong item(s) that you ordered.
I think my product is defective. What do I do now?
Please review the parts stated warranty on the products webpage. Then contact us immediately for further directions.
Can I save money by calling you directly?
All prices are the same.
I made a purchase, now I see the item is on sale. Can I receive a partial refund for the difference?
No. All prices are final.
Do you allow customer pick-up on orders?
Yes we do. We have ground level access for customer pick-ups. Please let us know at order time that you plan to pick up your item in person. Also, provide a timeframe of when you plan to pick it up, so we can have your shipment ready before you arrive.
Can you ship rubber tracks to me?
Yes, We ship rubber tracks and undercarriage parts daily around the world on the most popular carriers such as UPS, Fedex, RL Carriers, AAA Cooper, Southeastern Freight Lines and more.
Can you deliver to my home or jobsite?
Yes, Tell us at the time of the quote and we can properly calculate shipping costs to a jobsite or residential area. The carriers will schedule an appointment with you for a delivery time because a signature will be required.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
No.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on new products but not on used or clearance items. See our warranty statement for more details.
Warranty Policy
All warranties are carried by the Original Manufacturer and any warranty claims must be relayed directly to the manufacturer. SKYRUBBERTRACKS will help provide documentation to provide proof of sale.
How do I place an order?
Once you choose the SKY RUBBER TRACKS product from the Product Finder, submit a quote request or call our customer service department. A dedicated SKY RUBBER TRACKS sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with information about availability, price and product characteristics.
May I purchase a single tire or track?
Yes, you may purchase a single tire or track; however, we do recommend ordering in sets when possible to maximize machine performance and balance.
What shall I do if I can’t find my machine in your product catalog?

How should I pay?
SKY RUBBER TRACKS accepts payment by credit card, check, cash and bank wire transfer. Cash payments must be made before shipment.
Can I get a discount if I order 2 or more sets?
No. You may buy from our wholesale partner if you would like a discount.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the delivery destination. For more information check out our Delivery terms. Next day delivery is our goal.
May I use my own logistics company?
